Standard Transcription
We send only the most qualified and pre-screened court reporters to your event. Every court reporter is hand-picked based on the nature of your case. And, every reporter has received advanced training on deposition technology like LiveNote software.
Realtime Reporting
The Certified LiveNote Reporters and Certified Multimedia Experts we book for your event are specifically trained to connect any on-site or off-site attendee you authorize to the live text, audio, and video from the court reporter and/or videographer. Prior to your event, we will help you determine the right combination of realtime services to complement your strategy and to leverage your investments in software.
- Live Text Only: Whether located on-site at the deposition or off-site across the country, LiveNote SR software users can receive the live transcript text directly from our court reporter. When connected to our court reporter, LiveNote software users can also use Instant Messaging to privately communicate in realtime with anyone on your team.
- Live Audio/Video: We only book certified videographers who are trained to use LiveNote Stream™. The videographer will securely broadcast live audio and video to any authorized participant – no matter their location. No special software is required to receive the live audio and video, simply a broadband Internet connection and a standard browser.
- Live Text/Audio/Video: Both our court reporter and videographer will connect your team to the live feed, giving you a significant advantage over the competition. From anywhere, monitor deposition progress, analyze the deponent’s demeanor, mark-up live text, help frame follow-up questions, and more. We scan the exhibit documents, digitize and synchronize the video, link the exhibits, and deliver this integrated package to you automatically as part of our standard offering—no special requests needed. - 24/7 Web Access to Deliverables: We can host your transcripts, exhibits, and video in a secure Web repository.
