Video Services
Synchronized deposition video is a powerful tool in preparing for settlement hearings, mediations and trial. LiveNote provides high quality, cost efficient video synchronization services to help our customers reap the full benefits of accessing their deposition video via LiveNote software.
How it works:
Send the video (VHS, CD or DVD) and corresponding transcript to the address below. Let us know what your timeframe is, how many copies you want to order and if you prefer delivery on CD or DVD (both are data files in MPEG 1). Then sit back and wait for your synched video to arrive while we do all the work.
The disc(s) will include:
- Video digitized in mpeg1 format
- A LiveNote Evidence Format (LEF) file that allows you to import your synchronized video into LiveNote and includes the transcript, video and any exhibits if provided.
Additional available services:
- Exhibits will scanned in PDF or TIFF format and hyperlinked to the transcript. (Please note this service is available at an additional charge: If you require exhibit-linking, please call 1-800-LIVENOTE for more information).
- Synch files also available in MDB (Sanction) format, CMS (Trial Director), RealLegal Publisher Bundle, PTX E-Transcript (RealLegal)

How to Order:
- To place your order, fill out the online form, upload your transcript and submit.
- Mail your video media with a copy of your email confirmation to:
