With West Court Reporting Services, scheduling a deposition is easy. You can phone, fax, e-mail or fill out our convenient online form. We confirm your order by e-mail and call you 24 hours before each deposition to ensure every detail is handled.

Travel Logistics

If you have out-of-town depositions, we can manage all the logistics, including locating and booking conference rooms, arranging transportation and providing hotel recommendations in the area.

Progress Reports

We can generate a variety of reports to help you track key aspects of your case, such as costs-to-date, media inventory and exhibit lists. Let us know what information you want to track and we'll create a report to suit your needs.
